  • Red Wine Poached Pear Salad with arugula tossed with white balsamic vinaigrette, blue cheese, and red wine drizzle (6.00)
  • Crab and corn chowder (5.00)

~ Second Course ~

  • Seafood Trio (14.00) Includes:
    • Tuna tartar served over sliced cucumber with avocado vinaigrette.
    • Seared Sea Scallop over julienne mango and vegetables with chocolate balsamic drizzle
    • Sauteed Jumbo Shrimp over sauteed spinach and julienne carrot with red wine drizzle

~ Third Course~

  • Black and White Striped Lobster Ravioli with a pernod cream sauce and mache radicchio salad (24.00)
  • Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass with butternut squash risotto, tempura asparagus, lump crabmeat salad, and citrus buerre blanc (28.00)
  • Grilled Guinness Marinated Filet Mignon with rosemary-garlic yukon gold mashed potato, sauteed green beans, and frizzled leeks (32.00)

~ Fourth Course~

  • White Chocolate Cheesecake with raspberries and warm almond-bourbon sauce (7.00)
