The Red Room offers an inventive tapas menu rooted in Spanish cuisine, with hints of
flavors from all corners of the world. Our traditional paella is celebrated for its
authentic flavor, inspired by Spain's open-air food markets, while our popular
shrimp ceviche and gourmet flatbreads represent perfect gourmet fusion. Chef Marshall Smith
says he wants customers to walk away satisfied after trying his creative and
innovative menu. And a tapas menu isn't complete without a homemade sangria
list–including traditional varieties with a refreshing twist. Not to mention our
